ORS's primary mission is to promote responsibility.
We help ensure that parents are financially responsible for their children by providing child support services and support for children in care. We also work to help ensure public funds are used appropriately through the efforts of our Bureau of Medical Collections.
The ORS phone system was successfully replaced on April 2, 2016. Even though the new phone system is working well, clients are experiencing longer than normal wait times to speak to the customer service unit. We are adding additional workers to help lower those wait times until an option to leave a message can be added to the new system. Thank you for your patience.

ORS offices are open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Closed on State and Federal holidays.
