Access ORS On-line Case Information via the Internet!

The Office of Recovery Services Interactive Case Access System (ICA) has been upgraded to a new and better technology. This should provide you with quicker access and more reliability. In addition, new security features will be in place to help protect your information and your Identity.

Even if you can access the current system, you will be required to go through a new registration process to create a new user ID and Password. Print these INSTRUCTIONS so that you know how to create a user ID and Password.

What: The interactive web site is an on-line way to access specific case information including: payment information, case status and balance/monthly due information. It is also a place where you can submit new address, employment and insurance information, and can submit questions and comments about your case electronically. It is a new alternative to calling the ORS Automated Information System (AIS).

Who: The interactive web site can be accessed by any case participant. Go to http://orsica.dhs.utah.gov where you will find a log-in page.

Why: The interactive web site can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to access specific case information without having to call the AIS or speak to a customer service unit representative or case agent. It is also a convenient way to update important information on your case. (Note: for your protection, address, employer and insurance information submitted via the web site will be verified before the ORS case file is permanently updated.)
