The Office of Recovery Services Interactive Case Access System (ICA) has been upgraded to a new and better technology. This should provide you with quicker access and more reliability. In addition, new security features will be in place to help protect your information and your Identity.
Even if you can access the current system, you will be required to go through a new registration process to create a new user ID and Password. Print these INSTRUCTIONS so that you know how to create a user ID and Password.
Message from the IRS:
The Federal Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) provides moderate and low income working families and individuals with tax relief. The EITC can provide cash refund even to families whose incomes are low enough that they do not owe any federal taxes.
You may be able to take the credit if:
- A child lived with you and you earned less than $34,458 ($35,458 if married filing jointly) or
- A child didn't live with you and you earned less than $11,490 ($12,490 if married filing jointly)
